Attorney Jason Cavinder’s courtroom training began early in law school. As member, coach, and chairperson of the University of Toledo’s College of Law Moot Court Team, Attorney Cavinder began honing his skills of courtroom demeanor and persuasive argument, competing successfully in national competitions. Through, this, he developed a strong and dedicated passion for the courtroom.

After earning his Juris Doctor in 2006, Attorney Cavinder was hired directly into the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office in Dayton, Ohio. There, he spent over four years accumulating the knowledge, skill, and experience that only the Prosecutor’s Office can provide. His trial experience in those four years gives Attorney Cavinder a distinct advantage in the area of criminal defense, and court litigation in general. Moreover, Attorney Cavinder continually maintains the sharpness of his skills through continuing legal education and training specifically in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and juvenile law.
